    About This Table

This is one local practice table on this site. There is no cash and no online table. You, Arjun, and Priya play every deal. The match length is 2 deals, or 3 deals if you confirm a new match before it starts. The length does not change in the middle of a match. This page describes this practice table. It does not claim that every Deals Rummy room uses the same count.

    Players
You and two computer opponents. Nobody leaves early.
    Hand
13 cards each deal, from two decks and 4 printed jokers.
    Wild
Printed jokers only. This table does not deal another wild card.
    Match
2 deals by default. 3 deals only when a new match starts. No drop and no cash.

    Understand the Table

    1. Closed Deck. Draw one face-down card from this pile.
    2. Open Discard Pile. Draw the face-up top card, or place your discard here.
    3. Your Hand. The face-up cards in front of You.
    4. Opponents. Arjun and Priya show card backs. Their card faces stay hidden.
    5. Match total. Each seat shows the points added across the deals played so far. The line above the table shows the current deal and whether the match is in progress, the deal is settled, or the match is complete.

    How a Turn Works

    1. Draw one card from the Closed Deck or the Open Discard Pile.
    2. Arrange cards into sequences and sets.
    3. Discard one card onto the Open Discard Pile.
    4. Declare when all 13 cards form legal groups: at least two sequences, and one of them pure.

    Valid Card Groups

These three groups are examples of legal melds on this table. Each one is only the group, not a full 13-card hand.

    Pure sequence

Same suit, in order, with no joker.

    • 5♥
    • 6♥
    • 7♥

    Impure sequence

Same suit, with one printed joker filling a missing rank.

    • 4♠
    • 5♠
    • JK

    Set

Same rank, different suits, no repeated suit.

    • 8♠
    • 8♥
    • 8♦

    Deals Scoring

Ace, 10, Jack, Queen, and King count 10 each. Cards from 2 through 9 use the printed value. A printed joker counts 0. Cards in a counted group score 0. A legal declare scores 0 for that seat on that deal. Every other seat adds the full unmatched total. Those deal scores add up across the planned deals. The lowest total wins, and a tie wins together. This table does not keep a practice-point balance, and it does not remove a seat after a high deal.

One unmatched 13-card hand on this table.
    Cards Count Points
    A♠ A♥ A♦ A♣ 4 cards at 10 40
    10♠ 10♥ 2 cards at 10 20
    K♠ K♥ 2 cards at 10 20
    4♠ 4♥ 4♦ 4♣ 4 cards at 4 16
    8♠ 1 card at 8 8
Hand total No pure sequence, so every card counts 104

This table adds 104 for that hand. A legal declare adds 0. After the last deal, compare the three totals.

    Quick Strategy

    • Finish one pure sequence before chasing other groups.
    • Watch which cards leave the Open Discard Pile.
    • A high deal score still leaves you in the remaining deals.
    • Check every group before you declare.

More practice habits are on Rummy Strategy. They do not promise a win.

    FAQ

Is this Deals Rummy table a cash game?

No. This is a local practice table. It shows penalty points only. There is no cash, no wallet, and no online multiplayer.

How many deals does this table play?

This table plays 2 deals unless you start a new match of 3 deals. The count stays fixed once the match begins. Other Deals Rummy rooms can use a different count. This page does not set one number for every Deals game.

Who wins this Deals practice match?

After the last deal, the lowest total wins. If two or three seats share that lowest total, they win together. A high score does not remove a seat from the later deals.
